The VD refining method is a steel liquid vacuum treatment method in which an initial electric steel of an electric furnace and a converter is placed in a closed tank to evacuate, and a argon is stirred at the bottom of the ladle. In the electric furnace, converter, after melting, preliminary blowing, and then placed in a vacuum tank (vacuum chamber) by bottom argon stirring and vacuum degassing process to obtain pure molten steel.
