This steel is one of the shock resisting tool steel types with very good thoughness in combination with high hardenability. Impact- resistant, tungsten-alloyed cold-work tool.
1.6CrW2Si is an impact resistant tool steel.
2.Its composition and performance are similar with 5CrW2Si .
3.It has higher quenching hardness and high temperature strength

Applications
