Description

35CrMoV Alloy Steel

 

35CrMoV used after tempering, in heavy or medium-sized machinery manufacturing industry, used to manufacture important parts working under high stress, such as turbine impeller working under 500-520℃ for a long time, rotor of advanced turbine blower and compressor, cover plate, shaft plate, generator shaft with little efficiency and parts of powerful engine, etc. Hardenability and high temperature strength are better than 34CrMo steel, and the impact value can be improved by water-oil quenching heat treatment. Creep strength and lasting strength at 550 ℃ are more than 34CrMo, but after 5000h aging, the mechanical properties drop sharply. Used for rotors, impellers, generator ring forgings and other important parts and gears working under high stress at working temperatures below 500-520 ℃.
