Jethete M152 is a high-temperature martensitic stainless steel strengthened by vanadium carbides, offering excellent creep resistance, high tensile strength, and good oxidation resistance up to 650°C (1202°F). Melting Process

  • Standard Process: EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) + LF (Ladle Furnace) + VD (Vacuum Degassing) + AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization)
  • High-Purity Process: EAF + LF + VD + AOD + ESR (Electroslag Remelting) or PESR (Pressurized Electroslag Remelting)
  • Ultra-High-Purity Process: VIM (Vacuum Induction Melting) + VAR (Vacuum Arc Remelting)
