Description
Introduction:
This cold drawn splined steel pipe is made by high quality structural carbon steel pipe. After multiple cold drawn process, this tube have tiny tolerance and high mechanical property.
Application:
Spline coupling consists of internal splines and external splines. The inner and outer splines are multi-toothed parts, the splines on the inner cylinder surface are internal splines, and the splines on the outer cylinder surface are external splines.

ASTM A519: 1018, 1020, 1026, 1045
JIS G3445:STKM 11A, STKM 13A, STKM 16A, STKM 17A
DIN 2391:ST37, ST45, ST52
Delivery condition:
Outside diameter range: 10-150 mm
Tolerance of Outside diameter: +/-0.008mm
Wall thickness range: 2-20 mm
Tolerance of Wall thickness:+/-10% or less.
Seamless Steel Pipe Process: Hot rolled tubes→acid pickling→splined mould→ cold drawn→stress relieved annealed→multiple cold drawn process→stress relieved annealed→test→package
Delivery condition: Stress Relieved Annealed
Surface condition: Smooth
Finished products Test: Chemical, Tensile test, dimension inspection, flat test, expand test, eddy current test etc.
