Smelting Process
We adopt flexible smelting routes to meet different quality requirements:
- Standard Route: EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) + LF (Ladle Furnace) + VD (Vacuum Degassing)
- High-Purity Route: EAF + LF + VD + ESR (Electroslag Remelting) or PESR (Pressurized Electroslag Remelting)
- Ultra-High-Purity Route: VIM (Vacuum Induction Melting) + VAR (Vacuum Arc Remelting)
Customized smelting combinations are available upon consultation.
